Over twenty years experience working with writers of dissertations, scholarly articles, essays, theses, and fiction.

I can provide expert help with spelling, punctuation, and grammar, as well as with deeper issues including sentence structure, clarity, and content to improve sense and consistency. I will ensure that all citations and bibliographies conform to
style requirements.

Publications for which I have written and edited include The New York Times, The New Yorker, Esquire, Discover, and The Village Voice. I have taught essay writing to students at the university level and led workshops for fiction writers. Since 2003, I have been editing for professors and students at Cornell University. I have a Master’s degree in English.
